It’s almost humorous how many links there are in this post.
Almost.
White women really also need to realize that they often still have better opportunities than many men of color. They earn more than Black, Latino, and Southeast Asian men on average, for one. Not only that, but Black men have made virtually no gains in pay in relation to the white man’s dollar since the 1970s and Latino men have seen average wages drop - while white women have had wages rise tremendously since the 1970s, particularly over the last 20 years. Wage gaps due to race and gender shouldn’t be happening, but it’s not relation to men’s wages, but white men’s.

Well I’m not a beggar, but what’s more
If I hurt you, then I hate myself
I don’t want to hate myself, don’t want to hurt you
Why do you choose that pain?
If you only knew how much I love you
Well I won’t be your winter
And I won’t be anyone’s excuse to cry
We can be forgiven
And I will be here…
Alice. You’ve disappeared. Like everything else. Now who else can I talk to? I’m lost. When you left, and he left, you took everything with you. But the absence of him is everywhere I look. It’s like a huge hole has been punched through my chest. But In a way, I’m glad. The pain is the only reminder that he was real. That you all were.
